Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your monthly vacation rental.

By booking a rental with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions

Booking, Security Deposit, and Payment

To secure your booking, we require a payment of the entire rent at the time of booking.

  • The full payment, including the security deposit and rent, must be settled at check-in.
    • Payments can be made via
      • (Thai Baht) 
      • Credit Card 
      • Bank Transfer 
  • Upon check-out, a cleaning fee of 500 Baht will be deducted from the deposit
  • Security deposit is held in case of any damages or additional charges. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to inspection of the property. Any outstanding balances or additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled at check-out.
  • Options for deposit refund include:
    • Cash upon Check-out (available during regular business hours only)
    • Bank transfer to a Thai Bank account
    • Western Union transfer to the local country (All transfer fees will be deducted from the deposit). The deposit will be processed for refund within 7 business days.

Utilities: 

  • Electricity is charged at 8 Baht per kilowatt-hour, with an average monthly cost of 1,500 Baht
  • Water is charged at 27 Baht per cubic meter, with an average monthly cost of 150 Baht
  • Utility charges will be collected at the end of the monthly stay. The last month’s utility will be deducted from the deposit.
  • High-speed WiFi is complimentary for all guests

Check-In: 

  • A valid photo ID is required upon check-in for all guests.
  • Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival; however, after this time, the room may be reassigned. Please notify us if you are not able to check in on the arrival date to guarantee your reservation
  • Check-in is available anytime after 2 pm of your arrival date
  • Front desk hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. For arrivals after 6 pm, please inform us in advance, and our security guard will provide keys upon arrival
  • Check-in is subject to full rent payment and security deposit pre-authorization

Check-Out:

  • Check-out is by 11 am local time. Late check-out requests are subject to availability
  • Keys should be returned to the staff or dropped into the check-out key box located in front of the elevator on the ground floor at check-out
  • Please note that a detailed inspection of the room/apartment will be conducted after check-out, and charges may be deducted from the security deposit for any damages or breakages found. In the case that the. Should damages exceed the security deposit, the guest is liable for the outstanding amount.

Extending Your Stay:

  • If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us in advance, subject to availability. Rent payment is required to secure the extension.

Payment and Booking

  • Room reservations require the names of all occupants and a valid credit card for guarantee
  • Credit cards will be charged 7 days before check-in
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations if the prepayment deposit is not received

Guest Age:

  • The main guest must be 18 years or older, and all guests must provide valid photo ID at check-in
  • Children are welcome; however, please note room occupancy limits of two.

Grounds for Termination of Rental Agreement: 

  • We kindly request no smoking in rooms, by law. Minimum fine: 5,000 Baht.
  • Please respect the agreed-upon occupancy and refrain from subletting the room. 
  • Quiet hours: 10 pm to 6 am, for everyone’s peaceful rest.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises. Minimum fine: 5,000 Baht.
  • Theft is strictly prohibited, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Fire hazard materials, such as but not limited to gas or fireworks, are not allowed. Electric stovetops are permitted for your convenience.

Packages and Deliveries:

  • Guests may receive packages being delivered at the designated spot. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for their contents or storage.

Kitchen & Common Areas: 

  • Please practice safe cooking habits, avoid strong-smelling ingredients, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Please be respectful and considerate of other guests.
  • Please share. Keep all shared items and equipment in their original location, so everyone can enjoy the facility.

Parking: 

  • Parking facilities are available on-site/off-site and are subject to availability.
  • Guests are responsible for adhering to any parking regulations or restrictions on the property premises.
  • Guests park at their own risk. The hotel is not liable for any damages or loss to vehicles or personal property. 

Privacy:

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Safety cameras are used on the premises

Damages: 

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Immediate reporting of issues is expected

Liability:

  • The guest assumes full responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during their stay.
  • The property owner shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by guests, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or injuries.

Rates:

  • Room rates are subject to change. To guarantee the rate please book your full stay in advance
  • All rental fees are inclusive of applicable taxes and are incorporated into the total price displayed.
  • Any additional fees or charges incurred during your stay (e.g., cleaning fees, pet fees) will be clearly communicated to you.

Accessibility or Special Needs: 

  • Please inform us in advance of any special needs or accessibility requirements you may have.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, subject to availability and feasibility.

Property Events: 

  • Nimman & Me management may facilitate events or activities on the premises during your stay.
  • Guests will be notified in advance of any planned events that may impact their stay.
  • If a guest wishes to host an event on the property, permission must be granted by Nimman & Me management
  • Any disputes or issues arising during your stay should be reported to the front office or management immediately.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns in a timely and fair manner

Force Majeure: 

  • The property owner shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government actions.

Third Party Rights:

  • These terms and conditions are for the benefit of both the guest and the property owner and are not intended to confer any rights or benefits upon any third party.

Waiver: 

  • Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision herein.
